We are hiring PM bartenders who can work 4:30PM-10:30PM, 1-2 nights per week, with weeknight and weekend availability. Please do not apply if you are not available during this time.

Position Overview

We are hiring a friendly and organized Front Desk/Bar person to join the team at our indoor pickleball club. This position is a combination of a receptionist and a bartender and will interact with guests, answer the phone, respond to emails, and serve drinks/food. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, the ability to keep an eye on a few things at once, and some familiarity with pickleball.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide information about club facilities, programs, and membership options.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.

Assist in maintaining inventory of retail items and processing sales transactions.

Coordinate court reservations and manage the schedule using our booking system.

Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.

Assist with special events, promotions, and other club activities as needed.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all club members and guests.

Help guests with alcohol and food purchases

Make and serve alcoholic beverages for guests including cocktails, canned beverages, wine, and pouring draft beer.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred - especially restaurants/bars.

Knowledge of pickleball or a willingness to learn about the sport.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong computer skills and experience using computers.

Ability to learn multiple new software programs quickly

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.

Lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
