JOOLA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and operational finance activities. The ideal candidate will assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable functions, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision making.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Assist in daily financial operations, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and contract terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support the finance team with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in the development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls.
Contribute to the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in MBA, Accounting, Finance or a closely related field and 1 year experience in market research and strategies.
