Peak Pickleball is seeking a relationship-driven business development professional to help grow sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and community relationships throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, developing long-term partnerships, and representing a growing brand within the local business community. We are looking for a motivated and professional salesperson who wants to be part of a long-term team environment while helping expand one of the largest indoor pickleball facilities in the country.

You will focus on developing relationships with local businesses, securing sponsorship partnerships, and bringing corporate events and group bookings into the facility.

If you enjoy meeting people, developing partnerships, and generating new business opportunities, this position offers the ability to build meaningful relationships while working in one of the fastest-growing sports industries in the country.

What You’ll Do

Develop sponsorship partnerships with local and regional businesses

Secure corporate events and private group bookings

Build relationships throughout the Colorado Springs business community

Identify sponsorship opportunities for tournaments and facility events

Represent Peak Pickleball at networking events and community functions

Negotiate and close partnership agreements

Maintain ongoing relationships with sponsors through regular communication and meetings

Track sponsor relationships in the company CRM and maintain consistent follow-up

Ensure sponsor needs and expectations are being met so that partnerships continue and renew

Work closely with management to develop creative partnership opportunities that fit the Peak Pickleball brand

This role combines new business development with long-term relationship management to help create sustainable partnerships throughout the community.

Compensation

Base Pay

$20 per hour (40 hours per week)

Commission Structure

10% commission on sponsorship revenue up to $300,000 annually

15% commission on sponsorship revenue above $300,000 annually

5% commission on sponsorship renewals

10% commission on net profit from corporate events or group bookings you originate

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$100,000+

Top performers who build strong partnerships within the Colorado Springs business community can exceed this range.

Compensation Type: Base + Commission (Uncapped)

First-Year Opportunity The Director of Sales & Strategic Partnerships will have the opportunity to help grow sponsorship and partnership revenue across multiple channels including:

24 indoor pickleball courts available for sponsorship

Major tournaments and special events throughout the year

Corporate team-building events and private group bookings

Facility advertising and promotional partnerships

Community partnerships and networking opportunities

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
