We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving and cultivating new business opportunities in the pickleball space, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Strategy

Assist Product Managers to create product line plans and roadmap
Partner with Product Managers to define goals, priorities, and success metrics
Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Sales Teams to create product development plans and timeline
Coordinate with product development teams in other regions, factories and vendors throughout product development
Ensure timely project delivery by managing communication and milestones
Take a proactive, “no job too small” approach to resolving development challenges

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making

Market & User Insights

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
Work with the research team to understand consumer needs
Translate consumer feedback into actionable product enhancements

Tools & Technology

Set up and manage product data using Centric PLM software and NetSuite (ERP)
Track project timelines via Monday.com

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sport Management, Product Development, Project Management or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related role preferred

Skills

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Centric PLM, Monday.com, or NetSuite
Knowledge of table tennis (a bonus, not required)
